+ What are “extended stay” apartments?

Extended stay apartments are residences that are available to rent for more than 30 days to less than one year. The average stay is between 60 and 90 days. They are ideal for those who have flexible work lives, are transitioning homes, or looking for a long vacation and don’t want to spend nightly rates at a hotel. Native offers fully furnished bespoke residences in ideal locations in Los Angeles. Native is made for the guest who needs flexibility in their lives.

+ Where is Native located?

Located in the iconic Beachwood Canyon. Beachwood Canyon is within walking distance of a number of dining destinations, coffee shops, bars, bookstores, and other specialty boutiques. Native Beachwood is within driving distance to the heart of Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silverlake, and West Hollywood.

+ How does check-in and check-out work?

You will receive a welcome packet upon booking that will highlight the check-in process, communication during your stay, and check-out process.

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards as well as wire transfers.

+ Is housekeeping available?

Coming soon. Housekeeping services are available at an additional cost, including laundry and dry cleaning. There is also a washer and dryer on site.

+ Does Native offer full kitchens?

All residences have full kitchens with stainless steel stoves, refrigerators, and microwaves. Some residences have dishwashers as well. The kitchens come fully equipped with kitchenware, dishware, glassware, and cleaning supplies.

+ Is parking available on-site?

While Native doesn't reserve any spaces, there is ample street parking available in the area.

+ What is Native's pet policy?

Small pets are allowed. Please reach out if you have a larger pet.

+ Are utilities included?

Yes, all utilities including WiFi are included.

+ What taxes are applied to rates?

No lodging tax is added to rates.
